Not all friends are like that, some maybe. For my supportive friends and wonderful coldcall clients, smuacks smuacks smuacks!! 爱你一万年！！！！
Sad but kinda true for someeeee "friends". Some of them forget the friendship that you all have.. And once they became your clients, suddenly, some of them gives you an wary attitude, some even treats you like their lower counterparts....expect you to 随传随到 or meet them at any venue they dictate. Even my directors and CEO clients dont give me such attitude, we respect each other and they dont act all superior and demanding. So it's very sad one, seeing friendship change like that.
Switch insurer for shield plans is fine also, just drop me a message, it's a basic respect. If you're just a stranger client, I'm fine with no notice. But I treat you as a good friend and you dont even inform me?? It's also okay if you dont intend to take up whatsoever OR you've already taken up from another company. IT'S OKAY, just tell me. Dont give me bullshit like..."Oh I need to consider....I'm realllllyyy busyyyy this month...how about next month?" time after time!! THEN, after few months of bullshit then "Oh paiseh I already bought from XXX liao". That seriously gets my blood boiling.
If I can reverse time, I dont even want to do their sales, although 90% of the time is they come ask me one, because I generally dont do friends' market. What's that small amount of money compared to the friendship? But sometimes, I think I overvalue the friendship maybe.
Stranger clients appreciate your service so much while friends always feel what you did is never enough. But actually, my service is always the SAME. WHY? Because stranger clients buy from me when they dont even know me, and usually their policies are of BIG amounts. I appreciate SO MUCH. So sometimes I meet them, I will buy pastries or cakes along as a small token. On the other hand, most of my friend's policies are of smaller amounts, but because they're my friends and they support me, my service is no less. In fact, for the closer ones, we will get together on their birthdays, treat them dinners or drinks etc. Because we are friends, more than just clientele.
That's why I super appreciate friends who are supportive(smuacks smuacks smuacks) and my beloved "stranger" clients. They're the BEST!!
